What you ask of Luna Bot uses Luna Bot credits, included on every plan: 600 a month on Starter, 1,000 on Growth, 2,400 on Pro, and 6,000 on Scale, then $0.04 per extra credit. Automatic AI — reply drafts, triage, spam screening — never uses credits.
