Lunadesk for iOS 1.1 (build 6) brings the inbox, AI draft cards, rich replies, customer context, actionable notifications and workspace settings to iPhone. The app is available in English and French.
One inbox for every channel
Find any ticket with the Mine, Unassigned, Urgent and Snoozed folders, plus saved views, filters and instant search. Swipe to resolve, snooze or assign, and undo if you change your mind.
Send, edit or dismiss AI drafts
In the To handle tab, each AI draft is a card you send, edit or dismiss. A quality check, an AI assistant and voice dictation rewritten in your brand’s tone are one tap away.
Reply without leaving the thread
Write with bold, italics, lists, links and code, attach files, and leave internal notes with @mentions. Translate a message, edit ticket details or block a sender without leaving the thread.
See who you’re talking to
Orders, Stripe payments, lifetime value, SLA and editable custom fields sit beside the thread. Replay the customer’s session, co-browse with them, book a Google Calendar meeting, and check their page views, activity and AI transcript.
Act from your Lock Screen
Reply, send the AI draft, resolve, snooze for an hour or take the ticket straight from the notification, with the attachment previewed. A Live Activity keeps the SLA countdown on your Lock Screen, and widgets and Siri Shortcuts open your inbox in one tap.
Face ID, dark mode, two languages
Switch workspace in two taps, lock the app with Face ID, turn on dark mode, and change the language between English and French without restarting. Activity, Dashboard, Contacts, Products and the help center each get a tab, and a guided tour plays on first open (replay it from Me → About).
